Bastion Press Closes

Sad news. Bastion Press, a publisher of fine d20 works since the beginning of third-edition D&D, has closed up shop. The rights to publish their works have been picked up by—the relatively unknown—DragonWing Games.
Bastion Press was one of the first companies to produce works for the d20 system, among which were some great titles like Villains, Faeries, Torn Asunder: Critical Hits, Pale Designs: A Poisoner’s Handbook, and their series of environment guides (an idea soon after picked up buy Wizards of the Coast for books like Stormwrack and Sandstorm). Among the ranks of creative folks behind Bastion were such TSR alumni as Jim Butler and Steven Schend, along with several others, and their numerous books have included the work of some of the top writers in the RPG industry.
Good luck to all the folks leaving Bastion and best of luck on all your future endeavors.
