Rumor? D&D Fourth Edition

What’s the saying? You can be funny to some of the people some of the time, but the rest of the time you’re just #$%’n confusing. Yeah, Wizards of the Coast is on that.
In the face of heightening rumors about a new edition of the biggest table-top RPG in table-top RPGs, they’ve taken the stance most big companies take when they’re doing something they don’t want to talk about: they blatantly deny it. To prove… something… they even put this message up on their website about Dungeons & Dragons fourth edition’s impending release in 2011.
Yeeeeeah.
My bet? Lets see how this info changes come February and Winter Fantas—er, D&D Experience. If you want to inform your own opinion (not that there’s a lot to be informed about) ENworld has put together its own page of rumors and theories about the impending gamepocolypse right here.

uhm, isn’t the message about the 4th edition using the “d30 system” an April fools joke? The release date is April 1st after all…
Nerdgamyer with the good eyes. A friend of mine got this link in response to his questions about the new editon just last week. Fun with ninja smoke!
fun indeed. The thing that was posted (on ENworld I think) about 4th edition being a model-less system has me pleased though.
