The Awesome Art of Dragon

The tagline "30 Years of the World's Greatest Fantasy Art" is a bold claim, but I'll be damned if The Art of Dragon doesn't live up to it. I just got my boney little mitts on the new hardbound from Paizo Publishing and damn if it isn't pretty. Brom, Tony DiTerlizzi, Larry Elmore, Jeff Easley, Todd Lockwood, Tim Hildebrandt, etc, etc, etc, pretty much, if an artist drew a guy with a sword in the 80's, they're in here. The best picture of Tiamat EVER on the cover (by Steve Prescott) alone was enough to make my mouth start watering. Pazio's also got a leather-bound, limited edition that looks pretty classy. My only regret: none of the pictures are big enough to frame—not that I'd ever want to hurt my new big book of campaign inspirations.
