Transformers CCG! Roll Out!

Jumping on the bandwagon for this summer's Transformers abominat—er, movie, Wizards of the Coast announced their new Transformers constructible card game. Players get these little punch-out plastic cards which they can use to create transformers, which can then be rearranged to make cars, boats, mopeds, shaceships, blenders, etc, each with real "just stands/sits there" action! Actually I won't poke fun (for now), I have no idea how the game plays. Might be cool.
The Transformers 3-D Battle Card Game features 26 different Transformers figures. The figures come randomly inserted in Battle Packs ($3.99), each of which contains 4 cards, enough to make 2 different Transformers figures plus two stat cards, a token card, and complete game rules—everything needed to play the game right out of the box.
Although I'm personally less than enthused about the upcoming film, there's word that the CCG isn't going to limit itself to the (blasphemous) new versions of the Decepticons and Autobots, also drawing on some classic transformers models as well. Cheep plastic or not, a new Starscream toy is a new Starscream toy in my book. The first set is due out June 2nd.

You and my boyfriend are both loathing this movie's release.
I looked up info on Wikipedia and told him what it said, and he stated I killed his Childhood that night.
