The Final Dragon

Truly the end of an era folks, but it looks like the old wyrm's going out with a bang, yup, a super big issue with a poster, a Larry Elmore cover, the last of Ed Greenwood's Wizards Three stories, the Demonomicon, Mysteries of D&D, the Top 20 Villains in D&D, the Monster Hunters, a new Phil and Dixie, and—what's that say a the top—Elminster vs Raistlin?! Bye bye dragon. You were pretty much my introduction to RPGs, but now no one will ever pick you up off the newstand because you have a pretty cover and then get sucked into the wonderful world of tabletop gaming.
I mean we have the internet these days, who needs that stuffy old magazine stuff, right?
