More Massive Monsters from McFarlane

Dragons8.jpg

In fantasy, from D&D to Final Fantasy, it turns out that dragons are pretty popular. Being one of the most tried and true monsters around, folks can't seem to get enough of these death spewing flying lizards. At Gen Con this year a friend and I spent one day trying to count the number of dudes in dragon shirts. We quickly decided we couldn't count that high.

So, it's no surprise that the dragon gravy train keeps on a-rollin' over at McFarlane toys. Having announced their eighth set of incredibly detailed miniature monstrous masterpieces, dragon lovers can scoot on over to Spawn.com for a look at four new deadly denizens in their ongoing Dragon Kingdom storyline. While in some cases the series has kind of departed from the traditional lizard with wings approach to dragons, some of the takes the obviously OCD team of sculptors have taken are really impressive. And, best of all, a lot of the dragons are sized to work quite well with tabletop minis games. Check out the new dragons right here, or the interactive site for series 6.

And girls who like girls who like breastplates!
