Happy Thanksgiving!

Though I hail from Canada and thus had my Thanksgiving in the infinitely more reasonable month of October, I am nevertheless taking a vacation today and a half-day tomorrow like all the other writers of the GayGamer castle.
But first we at Velvet Dice Bag would like to wish you a very happy Thanksgiving, whether you celebrate it now or not, and we'd like to thank you for showing us such excellent support upon the opening of this new blog! It's sincerely appreciated.
Here are two appropriate links for the season:
The first is a post by The Grey Elf on the rpg.net forums about a new D&D beastie in honour of the holiday: The Half-Dragon (Red) Fiendish Dire Turkey Of Legend.
The next is The Great Geek Manual's "A Dozen Ways You Know It's A Traditional D&D Thanksgiving".
2. Your friend who traditionally plays the GM insists on sitting behind a game screen at the head of the table.3. Twenty minutes into grace, you make a note to yourself never to give the Lawful Good Paladin a turn again.
Have a wonderful weekend.
