A Look At The Art of Morningtide

Magic: the Gathering has a feature up now where they're looking at the most representative pieces of artwork in Morningtide. As a little boy, the art of Magic more than anything else in the world made me into the fantasy-fan and gamer I am today—I've found in recent years it's become much more sterile, following hugely restrictive character guides and other limitations and never reaching the heights achieved with Mirage and Visions, but sometimes the artists really knock it out of the park and it becomes something glorious to behold.
