GenCon Starts Tomorrow

GenCon starts its formal activities tomorrow and I will shortly be on a plane on my way for four days of geekdom paradise. This year promises some excitement with the release of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, a 3rd edition variant put out by the good folks at Paizo. I'm also excited to get a look at some of the other releases from companies that have been a little quieter.

In the Dungeons and Dragons arena, 4e just released their Eberron setting, and I'm excited to be attending the Eberron seminar again this year to see what the future holds for the setting. I am a little disappointed not to see Chris Youngs on the list of staff attending GenCon this year... I was hoping to get some news on the Dungeons & Dragons Insider front, and with him missing I don't hold much hope of hearing anything.

I'll update from the Con if I'm able, but certainly I'll post some reflections afterward.
